The Funniest Wedding Vow Ever Recorded (VIDEO)Tim King Salem-News.comThey say a healthy sense of humor is very important in a relationship, and it looks like this couple will do just fine.
(SALEM, Ore.) - A couple's hilarious wedding video is making big strides on YouTube and in national media. Tim Engstrom, the Business Administrator for The Salvation Army in Marion-Polk Counties, contacted Salem-News.com to let us know about the contagiously fun video clip that has gone viral on the Web, it isn't the kind of thing that anyone will soon forget! The clip which is titled "waffle wedded wife" begins with a beautiful wedding scene, just before the couple-to-be offers their vows. The title of the clip gives you a clue, but you won't believe what happens. The proud dad and father-in-law Tim Engstrom, who by the way is officiating the vows for the couple, explained that the wedding began with an organ player who didn't know when to stop playing. "The organ kept playing and playing and playing, we started laughing, I didn't want to laugh again during the vows." Apparently the organ player takes her craft very seriously, and she has been doing it longer than most people have been alive. "We were warned" Engstrom said, "When it comes to the organ, don't mess with Agatha." He says that was a primer for unexpected humor, and soon the laughter became harder to control. It may explain what happens in the memorable video. Engstrom explained that the video has aired on CNN and FOX News, and the couple has been interviewed by Good Morning America, Inside Edition and many others. Congratulations to Andrew and Melissa Engstrom. They say a healthy sense of humor is very important in a relationship, and it looks like this couple will do just fine. Andrew Engstrom is a native of Dallas, Oregon.
