(WOODBURN, Ore. ) - Woodburn police have arrested a former youth football association member on allegations that he stole from the organization’s account. Woodburn police say 38-year-old Johnny Guzman, who was a past president and treasurer of the Woodburn Youth Football Association, was arrested on first-degree theft and probation violation charges Tuesday. Police said the theft took place over a year, but would not say how much was stolen from the organization’s account.
