UPDATE: One Lane Open on Highway 22 East of Salem After Fuel SpillSalem-News.comCrews are setting up signs on U.S. 20 and in Salem warning of the closure.
(SALEM, Ore. ) - An overturned semi-truck has closed one lane of Oregon Highway 22 at mile post 47, about four miles west of Detroit. Preliminary estimates indicate 150-200 gallons of fuel spilled onto the roadway. Oregon Department of Transportation crews are still clearing the roadway of the spill. Crews are setting up signs on U.S. 20 and in Salem warning of the closure. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes. No detour is established at this time.
