Robbery Suspect Had Just Been Released From JailSalem-News.comPolice arrest a robbery suspect hours after she was released from jail on another crime.
(MILWAUKIE, Ore.) - Milwaukie Police responded to a robbery at the Washington Mutual Bank in the 10900 block of SE 21st Monday. A female suspect had robbed the bank of an undisclosed amount of money at 1:00 PM. Police say the suspect was apprehended at 1:53 PM as she walked down the street on SE Harrison near Highway 224. Kevin Krebs with Milwaukie Police, says they discovered that the same suspect had just been released from the Clackamas County jail at 11:00 AM after being charged with burglary and theft of a business in which she was a former employee. The woman they arrested was 21-year old Kelly Jayne Hogan of Milwaukie. She was charged with Bank Robbery and is being held without bail on US Marshall's hold at the Multnomah County jail.
