(Earth-PDQ) - Alternate worlds have had as much trouble with bogus press conferences as our own. (N.B. There are also worlds in which reporters stage phony natural disasters and then manage them in such a way as to make reporters look good.) On Earth-PDQ the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is called FEMUR which is generally understood to mean Federal Emergency Mismanagement Under Republicans.
