Where are the Victim's Headlines?

It is time to take a stand and begin to help all individuals that were affected at the hands of swindlers such as Madoff; and find alternative solutions to get their lives back on track to recovery.

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - In the wake of so many indictments in the financial and corporate marketplace, where are the headlines covering the devastation of its victims; with cumulative losses in the billions of dollars.

Bernard "Bernie" Madoff alone caused individuals to lose everything, and the only option being presented to these individuals is the implied recourse on Madoff’s assets.

Why doesn't someone step up and find other solutions to help those victimized? These people need to stand together and fight for themselves, through alternative solutions. These are the people that should be recognized in the news; as they have spent their whole lives building up their financial positions and now, have nothing.

This was a major disaster that many will need to spend a lifetime rebuilding. Just as any other disaster, this situation should be treated with same emphasis as if these victims were in the wake of a hurricane.

These victims were deceived and manipulated at the hands of people, and companies that otherwise were unregulated, or under regulated. In a matter of 2 years, millions of people had lost their livelihood, retirement, jobs, and personal property at the hands of fraud, negligence and or misrepresentation.

There is not a perfect solution, but there is a start to recover. People that have been exposed to the elements of this national financial crisis deserve the availability to be heard, and discuss options to recover their losses. There are alternatives to recovery that do not require a pool of one hundred million dollars to compensate fifty billion in losses.

If you do the math, that is not recovery, that is shameful. People impacted such as individuals from the Madoff situation or any other deceptive practices need to reach out to one another and find a solution independent from options presented through legal recovery.

Legal trials can go on for years and for what, recovery of pennies on the dollar, at best.

It is time to take a stand and begin to help all individuals that were affected at the hands of swindlers such as Madoff; and find alternative solutions to get their lives back on track to recovery.

I have dedicated a Blog to discuss current and past issues, and a forum where people can come together to help one another get their lives back on track, and stop the bleeding. Visit the Monetary Recuperation Blog: monetaryrecuperation.blogspot.com/
