Truck Rolls in West Salem

Motorists should try to avoid the area at scene on Edgewater.

(WEST SALEM ) - Salem Fire and Police are on the scene of a truck rollover at Eola and Edgewater.

Bill Holmstrom with Salem Fire says it happened at 11:40, when a truck rolled over dumping a cargo of large rocks over the roadway.

A passenger vehicle was also struck by the truck as the crash happened.

Drivers are asked to avoid the area while crews work to investigate and clear the accident scene.
