This is a really sick situation unfortunately nothing is new about it and don't blame Latinos or any other group. In 1914 at age 14 my grandmother cut through the redlight district of Hamburg, Germany to save time. A male German adult tried to rape her. She was the toughest of all her 10 brothers and sisters, fought him off and came home bloody but she won. Young girls should be taught how to fight these creeps off. I am not an expert on the techniques but I am sure there are a bag of tricks that can be used successfully in many situations.
