OSU Softball Hosts Strike Out Cancer Days Against UCLA and Washington

CORVALLIS - The No. 16 ranked Oregon State University softball program will host Strike Out Cancer Days this week when the Beavers host No. 14 UCLA on Friday and No. 12 Washington on Saturday and Sunday.

The American Cancer Society will be accepting donations throughout the weekend and fans who donate will be eligible to win an array of prizes from the OSU softball program.

“It’s a great opportunity to create some awareness for our athletes and our fans, and a way to give back – even if it’s in a small financial way,” said Oregon State head coach Kirk Walker.

Friday’s game against the Bruins will start at 3:00 PM, while both weekend games against the Huskies will begin at 1:00 PM.

Tickets can be purchased on gameday at the gate and all seats are general admission.

Prices are as follows: General Admission - $6; Seniors (62+) and Youth (3-18) - $4
