Oregon State Athletics to Honor Virginia Tech Victims

Oregon State's football team will also display a "VT" decal on their helmets for the remainder of spring practice.

CORVALLIS, Ore. - The Oregon State University Department of Athletics extends our sympathies to the families of the victims and the entire Virginia Tech community after the tragic events of Monday, April 16th in Blacksburg.

In remembrance of those who were affected, OSU Athletics will observe a moment of silence during the traditional seventh-inning stretch at Friday's baseball game at Goss Stadium at Coleman Field against UNLV.

There will also be moments of silence prior to the national anthems at the April 25th softball game at home vs. Oregon and the spring game April 28th at Reser Stadium.
