SALEM - Corban first-year head softball coach Michelle Hext and OIT fourth-year head coach Greg Stewart, along with both schools' administration, announced that today's double header softball games between Corban College and Oregon Institute of Technology has been postponed until Wednesday, April 25th, at 1:00 PM due to rain.

Fifteen minutes prior to the first pitch happening, both coaches and some Corban athletic administration met with the umpires to see what could happen.

A decision was made that it would best for everyone involved to postpone the game since the field conditions were to hazardous for a pair of games to be played on.

All parties involved came to a consensus that the games would be postponed until early next week.

The Warriors and Hustlin' Owls will square off in an afternoon twin bill at Warrior Field on Wednesday with the first game beginning at 1:00 PM and the night cap scheduled to begin at approximately 3:00 PM.
