Willamette - Corban Baseball Game Moved to 4:00 PM

SALEM - First-year head coach Nate Mayben, along with Willamette's head coach Matt Allison, have decided to push the start of Tuesday's baseball game back one hour from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

The two coaches, along with athletic administration of each institution, made the change in order to accommodate class schedules.

The game will be played as part of the inaugural three-game Governor's Cup series with the winner of 2-out-of-3 games receiving the trophy.

Game #1 will be played on Warrior Field at Corban College, Game #2 will take place on John Lewis Field at Willamette University on Tuesday, April 17th, beginning at 4:00 PM, and Game #3 will take place at a neutral site -- Volcanoes' Stadium in Keizer -- on Wednesday, April 25th, beginning at 6:00 PM.
