ASHLAND - Western Oregon missed all 16 of its three-point attempts and Southern Oregon's Evion Moore didn't miss much at all as the host Raiders clipped the Wolves 84-69 on Wednesday night in Ashland.

Moore was nine of ten from the field and finished with a game-high 26 points to pace the Raiders. He also nailed eight of 11 free throws and pulled a contest-best 10 boards.

Meanwhile, Western Oregon couldn't throw it in the ocean from beyond the arch, going 0-16.

Despite missing six of those in the first half, the Wolves only trailed 34-32, and were down only one point with a little over 13 minutes to go in the game.

But the visitors would get no closer than that, and SOU paraded to the free throw line late in the game.

The Raiders would get 29 charity attempts in the second half, and shot 40 in the game.

The Wolves were 17 of 19 from the free throw line.

Western Oregon was led by Jacob Mitchell's 20 points. Travis Kuhns was also in double figures with 17.

The Wolves will now continue south for action at Humboldt State's tournament in Arcata, Calif., tackling Cal State Monterey Bay on Friday at 5:30 PM.
