EUGENE - The University of Oregon's Thursday men's basketball game vs. Washington State will give Duck fans another chance to contribute donations to help support the UO athletic department's 'Duckling' -- Mason May.

Look for Duck student-athletes near the entranceways or at the marketing table in the northwest corner of McArthur Court to donate money to help provide emotional and financial relief for the 8-year-old Eugene boy diagnosed with brain cancer and continues to undergo treatment.

The UO athletic department selects one 'Duckling' to support each year as an extension of its previous association with the 'Sparrow' program, which UO had proudly partnered with for many years.

Game tipoff is at 8:00 PM Thursday.

For more information about the Duckling program contact the UO Athletics Student Services at (541) 346-5367.

Additional collections will be sought at the UO lacrosse match vs. Colgate at Pape' Field on March 17th, and several home track and field outdoor events in the spring.
