Super Bowl XLI Forecast: Wet And Windy

The Indianapolis Colts and Chicago Bears Meet Sunday in Super Bowl XLI.

MIAMI - Super Bowl XLI may be wetter -- and windier -- than the players and fans might like.

The chance for rain Sunday in the Miami-area is 60 percent, with brisk winds of 10 mph to 20 mph and a temperatures in the mid-to-upper-60s are forecast for the game which is set to begin at 6:25 PM ET, on CBS.

"It's going to make it feel cooler than it will actually turn out to be," Dan Dixon, a meteorologist for the National Weather Service, said.

There will be scattered showers off and on throughout the day.

The weather will certainly be a lot better than in Indianapolis or Chicago, where hometown fans of the Colts and Bears are bracing for subzero wind chills.

Miami Forecast For Sunday:

Today: Rain likely, mainly after 1:00 PM. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 74. Northeast wind around 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.

Tonight: A 40 percent chance of rain, mainly before 1:00 AM. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 61. North wind between 10 and 14 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph
