EUGENE - The Ducks (10-6, 2-4 Pac-10) make their second Pac-10 road trip of the season and go in search of their first conference win away from home in 2006-07.

UO faces Pac-10 leader No. 9 Stanford (14-3 overall, 7-0 Pac-10) on Thursday at 7:00 PM followed by a tilt with No. 21 California (13-4 overall, 4-3 Pac-10) on Saturday at 2:00 PM.

QUICK QUACK:

Oregon returns six players from last year’s squad, which went 14-15, 5-13 in the Pac-10.

Of UO’s 10 active players, five are seniors, including F Eleanor Haring, a former Pac-10 All-Freshman team honoree.

CLIPPED WINGS:

The Ducks head to northern California with a complete roster and do not have any significant injuries at this time.

SR F/C Jessie Shetters has missed one game (back) this season and FR G Taylor Lilley six (broken left hand).

SERIES VS. STANFORD:

Stanford has won 33 of 41 all-time meetings against Oregon, including a 19-1 mark at Maples Pavilion.

The Cardinal has taken three straight in the series and 12 of the past 16, dating back to 1999.

UO’s lone win at Maples came on March 5th, 1987 -- 63-54.

SERIES VS. CAL:

UO leads the all-time series with Cal 34-14, including 13-10 in Berkeley.

The Ducks and Bears split last year’s two-game set with each team winning on its home floor.

Oregon’s last Pac-10 road victory came at Cal on Feb. 26th, 2005.

WHO KNEW?:

When the Ducks lost their top two three-point shooters -- Chelsea Wagner and Brandi Davis -- to graduation at the end of last season, it wouldn’t have been unreasonable to assume Oregon’s perimeter game would suffer some in 2006-07.

But through the team’s first 16 games, Oregon leads the Pac-10 with 99 three-pointers and a .390 percentage from behind the arc.

The Ducks are on pace to eclipse last year’s total of 177 and could make a run at the school record of 194 set in 2001-02.

MAC BACKERS:

Oregon’s crowd of 3,353 on Jan. 13th vs. Arizona State was a season-high and bumped the McArthur Court average up to 2,911, good for second place in the Pac-10 behind ASU (3,247).

The Ducks rank 40th nationally in attendance.

FORMIDABLE FOES:

Starting with last Saturday’s defeat against Arizona State, Oregon is in the midst of three consecutive games against ranked opponents.

Not coincidently, those three teams -- No. 10 ASU, No. 21 Cal and No. 9 Stanford -- rank 1-2-3 in field goal percentage
