Eugene Routs Tri-City, 12-4

EUGENE, Ore. - Kellen Kulbacki and Keith Conlon both homered and had four hits as Eugene routed visiting Tri-City, 12-4, on Sunday.

Kulbacki went 4-for-5 and belted his second homer with Conlon aboard in the sixth inning.

The 21-year-old right-fielder also doubled and scored in a six-run first and ripped an RBI single to center field in the second.

Conlon also went 4-for-5 and scored four times.

His second homer followed Justin Baum's three-run shot in the first as the Emeralds (21-12) went back-to-back.

Reliever Robert Garramone (5-1) yielded a run on three hits in three innings to win his fifth straight decision.

Starter Jeremy McBryde gave up three runs on three hits and two walks with three strikeouts over four frames.

Lars Davis clubbed a three-run homer, his first, in the fourth and Brian Rike added a solo shot, his first, in the eighth for the Dust Devils (11-22).

Tri-City starter Drew Coffey (1-3) allowed eight runs on 10 hits and one walk in 1 1/3 frames.
