KEIZER, Ore. - The Salem-Keizer Volcanoes beat the Tri-City Dust Devils 7-1 at Volcanoes Stadium Tuesday night.

Shane Jordan and Chad Rothford each hit home runs.

The Volcanoes (12-3) won their third game in a row and the first two of a five-game series against the visiting Dust Devils (4-11).

Jordan got things started for Salem-Keizer, leading off in the first inning with a home run to right field.

Rothford increased the Volcanoes lead to 3-0 with a two-run blast in the fourth.

The Volcanoes and Dust Devils meet again tonight at 7:05 p.m.

A spectacular post-game fireworks show presented by Les Schwab Tires will follow the game.
