SALEM, Ore. - Four future men's basketball players -- Bryan Martin (Salem, Ore.), Andrew Shipley (Jacksonville, Ore.), Nash Keene (Aumsville, Ore.), and Clay Martin (Aloha, Ore.) -- will compete in the OACA All-Star Series at Northwest Christian College on Friday and Clackamas Community College on Saturday. The Oregon Athletic Coaches Association (OACA) All-Star Summer Basketball Series is scheduled for Friday, June 22nd, at fellow Cascade Collegiate Conference member Northwest Christian and Saturday, June 23rd, at Clackamas Community College. The series will begin with the 2A game at 1:30 p.m. and conclude with the 6A contest at 8:00 p.m. on each day. Both Bryan Martin and Shipley will go head-to-head in the 2A game scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. on each day. Martin, who played at nearby Western Mennonite High School, is part of the North roster, while Shipley, who played for 2A state champions Cascade Christian High School, is a member of the South squad. Keene, who prepped at nearby Cascade High School under former Warrior Steve Ball, will take part in the 4A game at 5:00 p.m. on both days as part of the North squad. Clay Martin, who will be coming to Corban along with his brother Paul and fellow Aloha High School teammate Ian Logan, will be part of the 6A North roster in the final game of each night beginning at 8:00 p.m. As well as the players competing, current Corban men's and women's golf coach Ron Sisler, who is the varsity boys' basketball coach at Santiam Christian High School, will be serving as an assistant on the 3A South coaching staff.
