FORT WORTH, Texas - Todd Bodine continued his winning ways in NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series action at Texas Motor Speedway tonight by capturing the Sam’s Town 400. The two-time defending Sam’s Town 400 winner ties Brendan Gaughan for most Craftsman Truck Series victories at “The Great American Speedway!” with four. “It’s pretty incredible,” Bodine said. "The motto of this team is to ‘Never Give Up’ and we don’t. Even when we were having problems tonight, I was running as hard as I could, running wide open with all I had. The Lumber Liquidators Toyota Tundra was just incredible and I just can’t say enough about this team. They work hard every week, every day and every hour. This is what the payoff is.” Bodine has posted four top-five finishes in his six Craftsman Truck Series starts at Texas Motor Speedway. Mike Skinner earned his second straight second-place finish in the Sam’s Town 400 while Rick Crawford scored third-place honors. Ron Hornaday Jr., who dominated much of the race, had to settle for fourth-place honors with Houston native David Starr rounding out the top five. The Sam’s Town 400 ended under a green-white-checkered finish for the third consecutive week in NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series competition.
