EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. - In the end, with game four hanging in the balance, it was Eric Snow who made the biggest play for the visiting Cavaliers.

After LeBron James split a pair of free throws with 10.3 seconds left in the game to put Cleveland up two, Snow crowded Vince Carter on the other end and forced the Nets superstar into a turnover with 1.9 remaining.

The ball -- and New Jersey's hopes for a favorable outcome -- trickled away and the Cavs left the arena with an 87-85 victory to take a commanding 3-1 lead in the series.

James led Cleveland with 30 points, nine rebounds and seven assists. Larry Hughes scored 19 points, and Zydrunas Ilgauskas chipped in 13 points and 11 rebounds.

The Nets' Mikki Moore scored a career-high 25 points, while Carter added 25 points as well. Jason Kidd grabbed a career-best 17 rebounds.

The Cavs will try to close out the series at home on Wednesday. Tip-off is at 8:00 PM ET on TNT.
