Oregon State Drops to No. 16 in Baseball Poll

This weekend, Oregon State hosts seventh-ranked Arizona State.

CORVALLIS, Ore. - Oregon State is No. 16 in this week’s USA Today/ESPN national baseball coaches poll.

The Beavers (36-13 overall, 8-10 Pacific-10) slipped after dropping two of three games to Washington State over the weekend.

OSU is also ranked No. 22 by Baseball America magazine, No. 19 by Collegiate Baseball newspaper and No. 18 by the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association this week.

This weekend, Oregon State hosts seventh-ranked Arizona State for a Pac-10 series with games Friday at 5:00 p.m., Saturday at 1:00 PM and Sunday at 1:00 PM at Goss Stadium at Coleman Field.

All three games can be heard on KEJO-AM (1240) in the Corvallis area, KUIK-AM (1360) in the Portland area, KKNX-AM (840) in the Eugene area and KICE-AM (940) in the Bend area.
