SALT LAKE CITY - The Spurs were able to accomplish a feat that neither the Warriors nor the Rockets before them were capable of, and are now just one win from another appearance in The NBA Finals.

San Antonio ended Utah's perfect home postseason with a 91-79 triumph on Monday night.

The Spurs now lead the Western Conference Finals three games to one.

After building its lead to 11 early in the third quarter, San Antonio watched that bulge shrivel to just one at the end of period.

But Manu Ginobili nearly beat the Jazz by himself in the fourth. He poured in 16 of his team-high 22 points as his Spurs outscored Utah 28-17 over the final 12 minutes.

Four others joined Ginobili in double figures, led by Tim Duncan (19 points) and Tony Parker (17).

Deron Williams shook off the stomach flu that had him listed as questionable to pour in game highs of 27 points and 10 assists. Carlos Boozer (18 points) was the only other player in double digits for the Jazz.

San Antonio will look to close out the series and eliminate Utah on Wednesday at 9 p.m. ET on ESPN.
