EUGENE - With Mac Court still abuzz following Tajuan Porter’s record-setting performance in the season-opening Basketball Travelers Classic, the Ducks return to action on Friday, Nov. 17 to host UC Irvine at 8:00 PM.

The Anteaters are looking to topple a BCS school for the second straight game, having knocked off two-time defending NIT champion South Carolina 67-52 Tuesday night.

TWO-FOR-ONE:

Fans with tickets to the UC Irvine-Oregon basketball game will be granted free admission to the California-Oregon volleyball game.

A Brief Look at What to Watch For:

* Porter-rific! Freshman Tajuan Porter had a season-opening weekend for the record books, highlighted by his 38 points on 10 3-pointers Sunday versus Portland State. He was named Dick Vitale’s national player of the week for his efforts.

* Oregon also established a number of school and McArthur Court records Sunday.

* Oregon and UC Irvine meet for the first time since 1982-83.

* The Ducks look to go 4-0 for the third straight season.

* Maarty Leunen’s 17 rebounds versus Cal State Northridge was the most by a Duck in 17 seasons. Leunen opened the season with back-to-back double-doubles.

* Five Ducks are scoring in double figures through the first three games.

* Adam Zahn has played in 40 consecutive games, the longest such streak on the team.
