Western Oregon's Boss Named to All-Region Team

Boss was also a first team D2football.com All-Independent Team selection this year, and was selected to the ESPN the Magazine All-District Academic team.

MONMOUTH - Western Oregon senior tight end Kevin Boss was named to the Daktronics, Inc. NCAA Division II All-Northwest Region football team, announced Wednesday.

Boss was selected to the second team of prestigious squad, which includes teams from the northern part of the states, from Washington to Michigan.

The Philomath native was named to the team, despite missing the Wolves final four games with a shoulder injury. In just six contests, he had 33 catches for 403 yards and five touchdowns.

The four-year starter finished with 19 career touchdown grabs, which ranks fourth in WOU school history, and is the most in the Wolves record books for a tight end.
