Corban Women’s Soccer Hosts Playoff Game With Oregon Tech Saturday

The Warriors earned the tournament's No. 3 seed as a result of losses by both Albertson and Oregon Tech on Wednesday and will be hosting a conference tournament game for the fourth straight season following victories in four of its last five conference games.

SALEM - For the seventh straight season, Corban's women's soccer team has advanced to the Cascade Collegiate Conference post-season tournament.

Corban will go head-to-head with the tournament's No. 6-seeded Hustlin' Owls of Oregon Institute of Technology beginning at 2:00 PM on Saturday.

The game will be played on Warrior Field in Salem.

Corban and Oregon Tech have met 13 times in the series history with the Warriors winning ten-out-of-twelve games with one tie. Oregon Tech earned its second-ever victory over Corban with a 2-1 win last Friday in Klamath Falls.

Saturday's meeting will be the first time ever that these two teams have met in the conference post-season tournament.

Corban is 6-9 overall in Cascade Collegiate Conference post-season tournament play, including a 4-2 mark at home.
