CORVALLIS - A Fall Carnival for elementary school children will be hosted by Oregon State’s student-athletes on Sunday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Truax Indoor Center on the OSU campus.

Athletes from all of the Beavers’ varsity teams will be on hand for the event.

The Truax Center is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of 30th Street and Washington Way, near Reser Stadium and Gill Coliseum. Children must be accompanied by their parents during the event.

“It will be great fun for all kids,” said Mitch Canham, an Oregon State baseball player and member of the OSU Student-Athlete Advisory Council. “We’ll be giving out candy, bobbing for apples, and there will be a haunted house. This is a chance for the community’s youth to have safe fun celebrating Halloween and getting to visit with Oregon State athletes.”
