Fatal Traffic Crash - Highway 205 South of Burns

(BURNS, Ore.) - Oregon State Police (OSP) troopers from the Burns worksite are continuing the investigation into an early Saturday morning single vehicle fatal traffic crash on Highway 205 south of Burns.

The crash resulted in the death of a Diamond, Oregon woman.

Fatal Traffic Crash Highway 20 East of Burns - Update

A pickup taking a left turn was crashed into by a truck attempting to pass them, in a no passing zone.

(BURNS, Ore.) - Oregon State Police (OSP) troopers from the Burns work site, with the assistance of an OSP Crash Reconstructionist, are continuing the investigation into Tuesday evening's fatal traffic crash along Highway 20 about 22 miles east of Burns. The collision resulted in the death of an adult female, serious injuries to her husband, and minor injuries to a commercial truck driver.

Driver Escapes Hay Truck Crash with Minor Injuries

The northbound lane and a portion of the southbound lane were blocked but traffic was able to get around crash scene.

(BURNS, Ore.) - A commercial truck transporting hay crashed Tuesday afternoon south of Burns on Highway 205 resulting in minor injuries to the driver and a three hour highway blockage.

Sergeant Brian Williams with Oregon State Police in Burns, says that around 5:00 p.m., a commercial motor vehicle transporting alfalfa hay was northbound on Highway 205 near milepost 55 negotiating a left curve when a tire blew on the first trailer.

Police Identify Victim in Fatal Traffic Crash South of Burns Junction

The lone driver who died was a 21-year old serviceman in the U.S. Air Force.

(ONTARIO, Ore.) - Police have identified the victim in a fatal crash yesterday as a 21-year old Air Force serviceman. Eugene Kem Ardissono died Tuesday afternoon in a single vehicle rollover crash on Highway 95 about 39 miles north of the Oregon/Nevada border.

At the time of the fatal crash, Eugene Ardissono was reportedly enroute from visiting family members in California to his new assignment at Mountain Home Air Force Base.

One Man Dies in Crash on Highway 95 South of Burns Junction

The highway has been partially blocked during the investigation.

(BURNS, Ore.) - A 21-year old male died Tuesday afternoon in a single vehicle rollover crash on Highway 95 about 39 miles north of the Oregon/Nevada border. The victim's name is withheld pending completion of next of kin notification.

Preliminary investigation indicates that today at approximately 2:00 PM, a Ford Ranger pickup driven by the victim was northbound on Highway 95 near milepost 83 when it drifted onto the shoulder.
