The Two-Day Denver 420 Rally Celebrates Legal Cannabis

Kick off Earth Day weekend in Denver learning about hemp and responsible cannabis use.

(DENVER) - Denver 420 Rally Organizers of the Denver 420 Rally have announced that the 2012 event will be two consecutive days, Friday April 20th and Saturday April 21st, at Civic Center Park. They will be "celebrating community, exercising constitutional rights and petitioning our government for redress".

The theme is Decision 2012. "We have shown the world that cannabis can be used responsibly," said Miguel Lopez, Denver 420 Rally organizer.

Salem Police Ransack Medical Marijuana Dispensary

Smokey's Lounge is a private club for legal medical marijuana patients.

(SALEM, Ore.) - Salem police Tuesday morning police responded to a broken window at Smokey's Novelties in downtown Salem. At 6:30 a.m. morning walkers saw the aftereffects of an alleged robbery, with police surrounding the store for hours afterward.

Something prompted police to obtain a search warrant, apparently via "Probable Cause" and proceed to the owner's other properties for a fine-tooth-comb going over.

Gatewood Galbraith: The People`s Champion (1947-2012)

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - Gatewood Galbraith Kentucky Freedom Fighter Gatewood Galbraith has died at 64 years old. Galbraith spent his lifetime learning and working within the political and legal system.

He graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1974 and from the University Of Kentucky College Of Law in 1977 and became "The People's Champion".
