(DENVER) - Organizers of the Denver 420 Rally have announced that the 2012 event will be two consecutive days, Friday April 20th and Saturday April 21st, at Civic Center Park. They will be "celebrating community, exercising constitutional rights and petitioning our government for redress".

(SALEM, Ore.) - Tuesday morning police responded to a broken window at Smokey's Novelties in downtown Salem. At 6:30 a.m. morning walkers saw the aftereffects of an alleged robbery, with police surrounding the store for hours afterward.

Something prompted police to obtain a search warrant, apparently via "Probable Cause" and proceed to the owner's other properties for a fine-tooth-comb going over.
