Sometimes I just can's believe what I am reading. The Oregon Legislature recently had hearings about including Combat PTSD for medical marijuana permits.
Senator Betsy Close was quoted as saying, "(I) am against expanding the medical marijuana program," and, "Marijuana does damage the body and especially the brain," and, "All drugs have side effects. This drug has documented brain damage and sex damage."

(WASHINGTON DC) -
The DEA today announced that United Parcel Service and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California, entered into a Non-Prosecution Agreement.
UPS agreed to forfeit $40 million in payments it has received from illicit online pharmacies, and also to implement a compliance program designed to ensure that illegal online pharmacies will not be able to use UPS’s services to distribute drugs.
