(LONDON ) - Joseph Kony is a former Catholic preacher. There is no doubt that the video 'Kony 2012' by the advocacy group Invisible Children has raised much awareness of the under-reported atrocities committed by the Ugandan rebel group the LRA.

Man and Woman in 20`s Tortured and Murdered for Denouncing Cartels Online

Cartels Target those who Criticize them online; groups say they are not intimidated.

(NUEVO LAREDO, Mexico) - Bodies hanging from bridge in Mexico Motorists beginning their day Tuesday in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, were greeted by a horrific site; two young people described as Internet bloggers who expressed their disapproval of cartel activities... were found hanging from a bridge, tortured and murdered, the woman left partly nude.

The location is in the heart of the Mexican community - Voluntad and Trabajo 3. Nuevo Laredo is a city of 400,000 just across the Rio Grande from Laredo, Texas.
