Police Searching for Murder Suspect in Southern Oregon

If you see this man call 911 immediately.

(GRANTS PASS, Ore. ) - Daniel Joseph Martinson Police in southern Oregon are asking for the public's help in locating a Josephine County resident wan ted for murder in connection with a November 2013 homicide in Cave Junction.

44-year-old Daniel Joseph Martinson is wanted for the murder of 39-year-old Aaron Lee Clouser. On November 5, 2013 at approximately 10:30 p.m., a report was received of a man lying in the road in the 200 block of W. Millie Street in Cave Junction. The deceased man was later identified as Clouser, and his death was determined to be a homicide.

Woman Indicted, Arrested for Murder in Josephine County

Jacqueyn Novack was indicted April 18 by a Josephine County Grand Jury for Murder, Tampering with Evidence, and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.

(GRANTS PASS) - Jacqueyn Novack A 38-year old woman was indicted and is in custody pending an appearance in Josephine County Circuit Court related to a homicide investigation.

The deceased's remains were found recently at a remote campsite in the Sunny Valley-area but have not been positively identified.

A Criminal Case Against the Color Green

After hearing the case and deliberating, eight of 12 jury members believed Rives isn't guilty, but that wasn't enough to earn his freedom, and the case goes on.

(SALEM) - Steve Rives and Mark Schiller, Vagos M/C Oregon prosecutors seem to be tripping over some awkward stumbling blocks in their case against one of two men allegedly involved in an assault outside of a bar last year.

It looks like the state is portraying an otherwise simple assault charge against an Oregon biker as an extraordinary and unusual violation of the law.

Boise Woman Injured in Bicycle Crash During Cycle Oregon South of Grants Pass

The rider was was wearing all required protective equipment including a helmet.

(GRANTS PASS, Ore.) - Police light An Idaho woman participating in Cycle Oregon was seriously injured Wednesday morning when she crashed on her bicycle on Highway 199 south of Grants Pass. The woman is reported in stable condition at Rogue Valley Medical Center in Medford.

Police say a preliminary information indicates on September 16, 2009 at approximately 8:30 a.m. 48-year old Catheryn Alexander of Boise, Idaho was riding northbound with a group of cyclists along Highway 199 near milepost 11.

Alligator Found at Oregon`s Applegate River

Due to safety concerns that may arise trying to capture the alligator before it returned to the water, the trooper shot and killed it before climbing out onto the log and retrieving it.

(GRANTS PASS, Ore.) - alligator An unusual find last weekend on Applegate River in southern Oregon is an example of the concern that Oregon Department of Fish & Wildlife and Oregon State Police Fish & Wildlife Division (OSP) have related to problems surrounding bringing in and then releasing non-native species in our State.

On August 8, 2009 at about 4:00 p.m. OSP Senior Trooper Marty Marchand responded to a report that two small children went down to the Applegate River near Murphy southeast of Grants Pass where they saw an alligator on a log.

Crash Closes Oregon`s Rogue River Highway for Two Hours (PHOTOS)

Police believe a driver may have had a medical problem.

(GRANTS PASS, Ore.) - Crash near Grants Pass, Oregon 7-1-09 Police say two people were treated and released following a head-on traffic crash Wednesday morning on Rogue River Highway, Old Highway 99, between Rogue River and Grants Pass. The collision closed the highway for nearly two hours.

Investigators say around 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, a 2005 Toyota Prius driven by 69-year old Wanda R. Solace of Grants Pass, was eastbound on Rogue River Highway near milepost 8 when it crossed the centerline and crashed head-on into a 2001 Freightliner commercial truck driven by Donovan Hockman of Portland, whose age is unknown.

Oregon Troopers Call Semi Truck Crash `A Wild Ride off of Interstate 5` (PHOTOS)

In addition to two adults in the semi truck, an infant, one-year old Owen Ubaldo Prada, had been in the Kenworth's sleeper berth area and only received minor injuries despite the roof of the sleeper berth being ripped away during the crash.

(GRANTS PASS, Ore.) - Semi truck crash on I-5 near Grants Pass, Oregon Police say the driver of commercial truck and his two passengers received minor injuries after what state troopers call "a wild ride off of Interstate 5" near Grants Pass.

Sergeant Jeff Fitzgerald with Oregon State Police in Grants Pass says the truck, which was struck by an out of control vehicle entering the freeway, rolled onto its side and crashed through a guardrail into several trees.
