Not Just Fish Bait and Cockatoo Nibbles Anymore. Mikey Likes It!

Remember, there's no weed in these hemp seeds!
(VICTORIA, B.C.) -
“Tastes like sunflower, looks like sesame”, a clever little catch-phrase I picked up along the way which coins hempseed-as-a-food to a tee.
Be it hemp morning shakes, peanut chocolate energy balls made of hemp, almond goji powerballs, apple-power porridge (available right here in Victoria BC), finger licking brownies, hemp “cornchips”, veggie burgers or seeds in a salad dressing, there›s no doubt hemp is super-food. Not just hype; it is actually good for you. Hemp has been called the new soy and it’s ever more popular.

PTSD Psychotic Soldier Kills Afghan Civilians
Dr. Phil Leveque Salem-News.com
Army superiors should have seen this coming. Will they see the next one?
(MOLALLA, Ore.) -
This terrible psychotic act was/is predictable and the soldier involved needs to be in a psychiatric facility as soon as possible. The “system” which put him there for his fourth deployment, the first three in Iraq, is to blame. His immediate superiors, Sergeants and officers at the least should get a reprimand, but better, fines and probable discharges for dereliction of duty which this certainly is.
The Army trained this soldier to be a killer with a hair trigger and behold—what has happened—he snapped.

Veteran Suicides: Deployed for Destruction
Dr. Phil Leveque Salem-News.com
If this story isn’t a condemnation of the Army’s Infantry philosophy I can’t imagine what is.
(MOLALLA, Ore.) -
I argued with myself about reading the heartbreaking story in The Oregonian headline August 28, 2011 Deployed Against Suicide which was a story about the suicide of Matthew Brennan, an Oregon National Guard Iraq War PTSD victim.
The Oregonian did a superb job of showing what destruction the American Army does to its young soldiers. His story is typical and should reflect badly on the “system” if they really have one.

Dr. Phil Leveque Salem-News.com
It’s about time!
(MOLALLA, Ore.) -
This is a headline pulled from the NYT July 19, 2011. It is not a coincidence that Patricia Kime from the Army Times newspaper interrogated me about this subject in the morning of July 20th for my opinion on this subject.
