Terrorists Kill People

This is a fundamental issue, it is time to examine the government's use of a killer buzz word that can strip you of your rights as an American.

(SALEM) - Occupied Palestine photo of graffiti on a wall Strange title I know, but we're in strange times. Terrorism is the use of terror in attacking or controlling a perceived enemy. Terrorism is understood by some people on some levels, but by and large it has been used to describe anyone who refuses to accept oppression, and fights back.

Those who the developed nations brand "terrorist" are almost always poor; they generally are getting the hell blasted out of them by U.S. made weapons and they violently resist with whatever they can place their hands on.

Dershowitz` Lies and Glitches

It’s obvious that, like other Zionists, Dershowitz lacks the elementary capacity to engage in proper intellectual debate.

(LONDON) - Alan Dershowitz Rabid Zionist Alan Dershowitz is devastated by the success of ‘The Wandering Who’. He just cannot accept that professors and academics endorse the book “as ‘brilliant,’ ‘fascinating,’ ‘absorbing,’ and ‘moving’,”

In his latest article he again misses an opportunity to debate the book, its message and its meaning. He prefers instead to indulge in the only things for which he possesses any talent at all - lying and bullying.

Despite Newfound `Friends` Lebanon`s Palestinians Require UN Action to Obtain Civil Rights

Lebanon’s Parliament is once again ignoring the issue of the elementary human right to work and to own a home for their guests from Palestine.

(JALIL REFUGEE CAMP, BAALBEK, Lebanon) - Destruction in Lebanon, Salem-News.com photo by Dexter Phoenix. Jalil Refugee Camp is located about 90 km east of Beirut near Baalbek in the Bekaa valley and is home to approximately 8000 of the World’s most destitute Palestinian refugees.

It is usually referred to as “Wavell Camp”, after the British Field Marshal Archibald Percival Wavell’s time at the former French military base during World War II.

Hundreds Attend Launch of Occupy Salem

They want the richest citizens of this country, shielded from taxes in ways never seen in the country's past, to pay their fair share.

(SALEM, Ore.) - Occupy Salem The spirit of Salem sometimes steps up and surprises people and the Occupy Salem event that kicked off Monday is a great example.

Like Portland, where crowds swelled in excess of 10,000 during its opening last week, Salem saw a larger-than-anticipated turnout with several hundred attending its kick-off.

(VIDEO added) Bizarre Lightning in Salem- What Was it?

Before the lightning strikes gave way to thunder, we watched an aircraft fly in from the north to, it appeared, take a look.

(SALEM, Ore.) - Salem lightning strike Shortly after 3:00 a.m. today, Dexter Phoenix and I noticed a very strange weather occurrence that I suspect many Salem area residents heard from inside of their homes.

What we saw was a series of lightning strikes to the east, they were almost flashing in a consistent pattern, roughly every 20 seconds. I've absolutely never witnessed anything like it in my life.

An Open Letter to Belen Fernandez and the Salem News

Includes the Salem-News.com response...

(TEL AVIV / SALEM) - Palestinian side of the wall These Israeli artists can't seem to figure out that this wall they seek to decorate is the largest symbol of Israel's occupation and consequent; the wall, which is a tool of Israel's apartheid government, where different laws exist for Jews and non-Jews.

Different roads also exist, and Lord knows you can't live in most of Israel if you aren't Jewish. If you are Arab it can be next to impossible. This is the reality of Israel and it's perpetual state of 'victimhood' which is an excuse to terrorize a population that existed here long before the waves of Jewish refugees in the late 40's and early 50's.

Terrorists United Against Peace-Illusion versus Reality

It is time for the UN must assert its responsibility for all its member states and resolve a conflict that has plagued the world for the past 60 years. It’s time illusion gives way to reality.

(LA VERNE, Calif.) - Writing on West Bank Wall by Dexter Phoenix A confluence of news stories emerged this past week that, if related, shed an unusual light on the deteriorating crisis in the mid-east, most especially on Palestine and Iran.

On June 27th, Ha’aretz made this observation about discussions at the G-8 meeting in Ontario: “World leaders ‘believe absolutely’ that Israel may decide to take military action against Iran to prevent the latter from acquiring nuclear weapons,” citing a statement made by Italy’s PM Silvio Berlusconi.
