41-year-old Michael Robert Horn was wanted out of Klamath County on a felony warrant for two counts of Attempted Murder.

Southern Oregon Wildfire Grows; Six Homes Destroyed

231 structures are currently threatened by the fire.

(KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. ) - Moccasin Hill Fire The Moccasin Hill Fire, burning just north of Sprague River and northeast of Klamath Falls, is now at 2508 acres.

First reported Sunday at 2:00 p.m., the fire has destroyed a total of 20 structures, including six homes in and around the Moccasin Hill subdivision

Southern Oregon Wildfire Grows to 800 Acres

Gusty winds are predicted for this afternoon and evening, which could challenge firefighters.

(KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. ) - Bryant Fire The Bryant Fire reported Thursday afternoon burning 20 miles east of Klamath Falls on the NE end of Bryant Mountain has grown to 800 acres.

The fire is burning in an active logging operation in felled and bucked timber on steep, rugged terrain. The fire is spotting in all directions.

OSP Criminal Investigations Division Sex Abuse Investigation Leads to Arrest of Fort Klamath Man

The investigation centered on alleged criminal conduct toward a known female victim when she was less than 12 years of age.

(KLAMATH FALLS) - 58-year old Efren M. Valencia Oregon State Police (OSP) arrested a 58-year old Fort Klamath man Tuesday evening after a warrant was issued for his arrest for Sex Abuse in the First Degree.

On April 1, 2014 at approximately 8:20 p.m., OSP troopers contacted 58-year old Efren M. Valencia at his residence in the 52000 block of Highway 62 and took him into custody.

Second Person Arrested In Ongoing Currency Forgery Investigation

Police say one suspect was in the process of forging fake currency and had at least twenty fake $20, $50, and $100 bills.

(KLAMATH FALLS) - 36-year old Vernon Edward Shaeffer of Klamath Falls An ongoing investigation following the arrest earlier this month of a woman in possession of counterfeit money led to the arrest Friday morning of a Klamath Falls man at a local motel.

The man was in the process of forging currency in his motel room when con tacted by Oregon State Police (OSP) and Klamath Falls Police Department.
