One year after I reported Schwab’s crimes, in August of 2003, the US Government conspired with Schwab in an attempt to frame me for attempting to kill him.

I have attended the Occupy Salem and Occupy Eugene protests and have listened to people discussing why they were joining the protest.
What emerges from listening to the protesters is a long list of grievances against the US Government, from loss of jobs and homes to lack of healthcare and affordable education.

Third Suspect Arrested in Oakridge Home Invasion Robbery Identified

(EUGENE, Ore.) -
The third of three suspects sought following a reported home invasion robbery in Oakridge and subsequent attempt to elude in a vehicle and on foot was arrested Sunday afternoon following release from an area hospital.
All three suspects are now lodged in the Lane County Jail after their arrests late Friday night near Vida. The investigation is continuing.

Two of the three suspects sought following a reported home invasion robbery in Oakridge and subsequent attempt to elude in a vehicle and on foot are now lodged in the Lane County Jail and their names are being released.
All three were taken into custody by late Friday night near Vida and were being treated at an area hospital for various possible injuries. The third suspect's name is withheld until he has been released from the hospital and lodged at the Lane County Jail. The investigation is continuing.

SELCO Employees Exceed Goal for Fall Food Drive

(EUGENE, Ore.) -
SELCO Community Credit Union employees reached out to their communities by donating nearly 6,000 pounds of food to four local food banks. With an initial goal of donating 3,500 pounds of food, SELCO employees exceeded this goal by more than 2,400 pounds.
A list of most-needed foods was published to all SELCO employees, each of whom were given a plastic shopping bag to fill and deposit in barrels placed throughout the branches and offices of SELCO Community Credit Union, its subsidiaries and business units. Food was collected and donated directly to the food bank closest to each branch. These included: NeighborImpact Food Bank (www.neighborimpact.org), Food for Lane County (www.foodforlanecounty.org), Linn Benton Food Share (www.csc.gen.or.us/foodshare.htm), and Marion Polk Food Share (www.marionpolkfoodshare.org).

Coast Guard, Local Agencies Search for Two Missing Fishermen Near Yachats

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the missing men should contact the Lane County Sheriff’s Office.
(ASTORIA, Ore.) -
The Coast Guard is searching for two missing fishermen two miles south of Yachats, Oregon Thursday. 62-year old Bill Bodewig and 23-year old Nick Lutz, both from the local area, were reported missing late Wednesday night to the Lane County Sheriff’s Office.
An HH-65C Dolphin helicopter crew from Coast Guard Air Facility Newport, Oregon, searched at first light and discovered a fishing pole and two backpacks in the area the fishermen were last reported.

Eugene Man Arrested Hiding in Attic After Police Chase

The man was arrested for Felony Attempt to Elude in a Vehicle and Misdemeanor Attempt to Elude on Foot.
(EUGENE, Ore.) -
Deputies in Lane County say a Eugene man was arrested Monday morning, after attempting to elude police officers from several agencies in the Eugene area.
The incident reportedly ended after the man abandoned his car and fled into his sister's residence, where a trooper and deputy convinced him to surrender without further incident.

Oregon State Police Investigate Fatal Motorcycle Crash Near Belknap Springs

50-year old Ann Poole, who was wearing a protective helmet, was thrown from her motorcycle and came to rest on the highway. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
(BELKNAP SPRINGS, Ore.) -
A Washington state woman died Monday afternoon when she lost control of her motorcycle and crashed into a guardrail along Highway 126E southwest of Santiam Pass.
A state trooper says 50-year old Ann Marie Poole of Ravensdale, Washington was eastbound on Highway 126E on her 2002 Harley Davidson following her husband on a second motorcycle, when she crashed for an unknown reason.

Lane County Man in Critical Condition Following ATV Crash

At this time it doesn’t appear that alcohol was a contributing factor in the crash police said.

The Lane County Sheriff’s Office is continuing to investigate a ATV crash that sent a Lane County man to the hospital in critical condition.

Suspect Sought in Taco Time Armed Robbery

None of the employees were injured by the gunman.
(VENETA, Ore. ) -
The Lane County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating a suspect who robbed the Veneta, Oregon Taco Time Wednesday night at gunpoint.
An employee came to the counter after hearing the till open and was challenged by a man holding a black handgun.
The suspect ordered the employee to the back of the store where the dishwasher observed what was occurring.
