Older Women and Younger Men: an Appreciation

Wellsprings, my new novel, is in part an ode to the joys of older women, demonstrating that age is no barrier to love.

(OLDENBURG, Germany) - Woman sillouhette An older woman can satisfy a younger man in very special ways. Her accumulated wisdom and emotional steadiness are needed qualities for him.

Senior Home Residents Often Shortchanged

Are our public policy makers in hibernation? It's past time to wake up!

(SALEM) - Shortchanged There's a major difference between living in a senior retirement home and a nursing center facility. That first category lacks healthcare supervision. In essence, it's like a hotel for the elderly.

(SALEM) - Healthy eating at an older age All of us have eaten countless meals in order to survive to becoming senior citizens. The lure of delicious food has satisfied our taste buds over the years. However, we must adjust to changing times.

Just as our vision often gets dimmer and our capacity for hearing decreases with age, our tongues also get older with wear and tear. It is normal to retreat to the memories of an earlier era.
