Washington Judge Tosses Citation Issued in Unmarked Police Car Traffic Stop

Common sense may ultimately prevail in the argument against the use of unmarked police cars for traffic enforcement in the state of Washington.

(SALEM, Ore.) - Police undercover police In a previous article, Kevin Schmadeka explained how he was pulled over by one of these secret unmarked police cars and received a citation for not having his seat belt properly fastened.

Kevin Schmadeka was in court Wednesday morning to attend a hearing for his seat belt ticket that was issued from an unmarked State Patrol car.

AMBER Alert Activated Over Reported Child Abduction in Spokane

Authorities say that the children may be in the company of Chad Phillips, a 33-year old white male, who may be traveling in a 1996 Dark Green Chevrolet Monte Carlo vehicle.

(SPOKANE, Wash.) - Dawson Phillips, Kaleb Phillips and Bishop Phillips The AMBER Alert System has been activated for a missing children's case out of Spokane, Washington.

Washington State Patrol reports that they are looking for children who were last seen at W 1100 Mallon in Spokane, Wash. They believe these children are in danger.
