The survey of 1,000 Likely Voters nationwide was conducted on May 12, 2012 by Rasmussen Reports.

(WASHINGTON DC) - A solid majority of voters nationwide favor legalizing and regulating marijuana similar to the way alcohol and tobacco cigarettes are currently regulated.

Most also don’t believe it should be a crime for people to smoke marijuana in the privacy of their own homes.

US EPA Failing to Warn Public of Dioxin Exposure Disease Risk
