The question of whose religion is right and whose is wrong is not one we can affect or change, or even answer.

(CLEVELAND) - A great deal of religious sentiment and content passes through these Web pages on Salem-News.com, leaving many questions along the way.

It seems clear that there is not enough of this material published online. There was a time when religious organizations were forward thinking, but for the most part they segregate themselves and fail to interact with their communities.

(SAN FRANCISCO) - This month marks the fiftieth anniversary of the assassination of Patrice Émery Lumumba. This Congolese independence leader and legally elected PM of the Republic of the Congo helped win its independence from Belgium in June 1960.

Ten weeks later, the US helped orchestrate a coup of Lumumba's government. Lumumba was then imprisoned and murdered.
