The Swashbuckling `Bone Hunters` of Cambodia

Forty years on since Sean Flynn's abduction -- the son of the swashbuckling actor Errol Flynn -- Ivan T. Brecelic reports the 'bone hunters' of Cambodia who are intent on finding the remains of the famous war photographer.

(BANGKOK) - Sean Flynn, missing for 40 years, and Dave MacMillan, the Australian searcher working with Flynn's family to locate Sean's remains. In March, 2010, sensational headlines broke around the world: "Son of Swashbuckling Errol Flynn's remains found."

An Australian and New Zealander, MacMillan and Rotheram had dug up the remains thought to be two photographers who had disappeared in Cambodia in 1970.

Vietnam`s Bloody Defeat of China

Flashback in time to a war most Americans aren't familiar with.

(SALEM, Ore.) - Chinese female soldiers in the Sino-Vietnam War China lost a significant war in 1979 against Vietnam, though many people in the west do not realize this important history.

The Vietnamese attacked and defeated the genocidal Khmer Rouge in Cambodia after the U.S. war ended in the mid-1970's. For this China invaded Vietnam, only to lose and retreat after 29 days, ultimately abandoning their military aggression.

Vietnam War Photographer Tim Page Hospitalized in Bangkok

Ever see Apocalypse Now? The combat photographer that Dennis Hopper portrays at the end of the movie, is based on Tim Page.

(SALEM, Ore.) - Recent image of Tim Page in Afghanistan, over a shot of Page in his hospital bed in Bangkok. Tim Page, infamous and notorious Vietnam War Photographer and noted world traveler, has been hospitalized after taking a fall in Hanoi. Thanh Nien News reports that Page was transported for treatment of a broken pelvis.

The legendary 66-year old native of the UK reportedly fell in front of a hotel, according to local news Website Dan Tri. A substantial heart problem was detected after Page was transported to a Hanoi hospital.

I hope the American System is more realistic about the hideous danger of Dioxins. It is unfortunate that Dioxins have no immediate or acute toxicity but a particular Australian writer we recently published is correct; it is almost certainly the most deadly chemical produced by man.
