(LANCASTER, PA) - This paper in the main addresses the question why there is an absolute and urgent necessity for putting in place a suitable UN Monitored International Protection Mechanism.

It involves a continuing human rights presence in the NorthEast as a form of protection for the Tamil people from the Sri Lankan occupational army which poses a threatening presence around the clock.
