Pirates Seize Ships Near Port of Aden

Another ship falls to Somali pirates.

(NAIROBI / SALEM) - The Panamanian-flagged cargo ship MV Iceberg 1 was hijacked by Somali pirates today, about ten nautical miles from Aden Port in the Gulf of Aden, along with her crew of 24, according to Ecoterra International.

The vessel is now being sailed toward the Somali coast, though little more is known.

Mexican Army Arrests Suspect in Murders of U.S. Consulate Officials

According to both U.S. and Mexican authorities, the suspect from the Barrio Azteca gang, works for the Juarez drug cartel.

(CIUDAD Juarez, Mexico) - Police in Mexico say soldiers have made an arrest in the recent murders of three people connected to the U.S. consulate in Ciudad Juarez.

They arrested a ranking member in the Barrio Azteca gang. According to authorities, the Barrio Azteca gang works for the Juarez drug cartel.

Even The New York Times Doesn`t Believe Netanyahu

The point the editorial missed is that Netanyahu is not a complete liar, he is merely thoroughly disingenuous, as Zionism by nature is, was and always will be.

(LONDON) - In an editorial on 26 March The New York Times declared that it is “even more skeptical now” of Netanyahu’s professed commitment to peacemaking and a two-state solution. A sign that Zionism’s freedom to muzzle the mainstream American media is no longer without limit? Perhaps.

But refreshing though this NYT editorial stance was - broadly pro Obama and anti Netanyahu - it missed, by default or design, a major point; but we’ll come to that in a moment.

(PORTLAND, Ore,) - Great insight with very real conclusions made a bit dry and academic. A paragraph made six sentences too long with six five-syllable words. A complex issue made more incomprehensible by convoluted language.

There is much to learn and grasp with this issue; the audience that needs to be reached will not have the time to dissect the language. Activism and policy change will only happen with the broadest of populations.

Also this week, Israeli forces used excessive forced against peaceful Palestinian demonstrations in the West Bank.
