Clackamas County Sheriff's Investigate Fatal Crash Friday Evening On SE Strawberry Lane
(MILWAUKIE, Ore.) -
A crash involving three teenagers in a late model Mercedes Benz over the weekend claimed the life of one young female passenger, who died after the vehicle struck a telephone pole during the high speed crash.
Detective Jim Strovink, Public Information Officer with the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office, says two other teens inside the car were transported from the scene with non-life threatening injuries.

Milwaukie Police officers say they got more than they bargained for while responding to a report of a man who was reportedly harassing a neighbor in the area of SE 42nd and SE Mason Lane.
Kevin Krebs with Milwaikie Police, says that as officers attempted to make contact with the subject inside his residence in the 4200 block of SE Mason Lane earlier today, "The subject made threats to injure officers and was uncooperative."

Police Release Names of Officers in Fatal Shooting of Milwaukie Man
The officers involved in the shooting death of 22-year old Jesse Aaron Weatherford of Milwaukie, are Sgt. Tom Broomfield and Officer Luke Strait.
(MILWAUKIE, Ore.) -
Milwaukie Police officers responded to the Northridge Condos at 12600 SE Freeman Way June 2, 2009 at 4:24 p.m. A subject was reported to be bleeding and armed with a knife. The two Milwaukie officers responded to the scene and report that they were confronted by a subject armed with a knife in the parking lot.
"When orders to drop the weapon were ignored, officers were forced to take action. The subject was ultimately shot and died at the scene," Police Spokesman Kevin Krebs said.

Milwaukie Police Fatally Shoot Man Who Reportedly Had a Knife

The incident is being investigated by the Clackamas County Major Crimes Team and the Clackamas County District Attorney's office.
(MILWAUKIE, Ore.) -
Two Milwaukie, Oregon Police officers shot and killed a man in the line of duty Tuesday. It happened around 4:24 p.m. at the Northridge Condos on SE Freeman Way, according to Officer Kevin Krebs with Milwaukie P.D. He says officers were responding to a welfare check involving a male subject who was bleeding and armed with a knife.
Krebs explained that the officers arriving on the scene, were confronted by that same male adult who reportedly had a knife. It happened in the parking lot of the condominiums.

Milwaukie Police are looking for a missing 15-year old girl from Woodland, Washington believed to be with a 34-year old Milwaukie man.
Nicole "Nikki" Christine Warner was last seen in January 2009. Officer Kevin Krebs with Milwaukie Police says she is believed to be with 34-year old Robert Harvey Best of Milwaukie.

Milwaukie Police Seek Help in Locating Missing Man

Milwaukie Police want to hear from anyone who has seen Eric Davis, or has information on his whereabouts.
(MILWAUKIE, Ore.) -
Milwaukie Police are asking for help in locating a Milwaukie man missing since November 8th 2008. The man may be a danger to himself and police would like to know where he is.
The missing man is 41-year old Albert "Eric" Davis of Milwaukie. He last contacted his family at 2:20 p.m. on November 8th.
Officer Kevin Krebs with Milwaukie Police, says Davis has not returned home and has not been at his place of employment, a construction company. He is a white male, Six-foot one, 195 pounds, bald with blue eyes and tattoos on both upper arms.

Milwaukie Police Say Home Invasion Suspects Were Masked

The victim, a 59-year-old female, was home alone at the time of the crime.
(MILWAUKIE, Ore.) -
Milwaukie Police say they're investigating a home invasion robbery that took place on May 20th at a residence in the 1100 block of SE Linwood.
They say that at approximately 9:40 PM, three suspects knocked on the door of the residence and then forced their way into the home. They used duct tape to tie up the victim and then ransacked the home.

Predatory Sex Offender Sought by Milwaukie Police

Police do not believe he is an immediate danger to the public.
(MILWAUKIE, Ore. ) -
Milwaukie Police are looking for a predatory sex offender that walked away from a residential treatment facility.
Michael James Thompson left the facility in the 4100 block of SE King Rd. at 5:53 p.m. on Tuesday. He was scheduled to return by 8:00 p.m. the same day. Police are concerned for his safety since he takes medication for health reasons.

(MILWAUKIE, Ore.) -
Milwaukie Police investigating a suspicious death today at WW Metal Fab, located at 2200 SE Mailwell, say a 48-year old man was the victim of homicidal violence.
Officer Kevin Krebs says with Milwaukie Police says a suspect was taken into custody without incident after they arrived just before 10:00 AM. 40-year old Sonia Marie Ulness of Gladstone was arrested and charged with 1 count of Murder. She is currently being held without bail at the Clackamas County jail.

Man Arrested for Throwing Firewood Through Window of Passing Truck

(MILWAUKIE, Ore.) -
Police in Milwaukie arrested a man Saturday after he allegedly threw a piece of firewood through the window of a truck he thought was driving too fast on his street.
Detective Jim Strovink with the Clackamas Sheriff's Office says that around 11:00 AM Saturday, 39-year old Willliam Walter Wiley reportedly heaved a piece of firewood through the driver's-side window of a speeding truck -- injuring its occupants. Strovink says Wiley was arrested and cited.
