A Ghost in Residence

This is a true story, as far as I know...
Only the names of those involved have been changed since I am retelling their story, as it was told me:

(SALEM, Ore.) - The house in the suburbs was quite large and beautiful, hardwood flooring and decorative wallpaper complimented the intricate trim detail and crown moldings. Yet there seemed to be something else going on beneath the surface.

It wasn’t long before Mary started to notice that something was strange about their new home, whenever she was alone in the house she often felt as if she was being watched... sometimes she even thought she caught glimpses of “shadows” darting across the room out of the corner of her eye.

(FAIRHAVEN, Wash.) - As many areas of the USA which once were havens for the "Pioneer" culture, now commonly "Chinatown" or "Old Town" areas, Fairhaven, Washington has many restless ghosts, buried secrets and lost treasures.

This is a quick story of how my gallery was shut down by restless spirits.

A seriously scary story about a child ghost and untraceable sounds.

(LONDON) - In London, south of the river in a place called Brixton (think of the bronx in New York then you will get a good idea about what this place is like... or better still Google “Brixton Riots”.

Apparently they are starting to clean this place up with expensive house conversions, especially in the big old houses that have plenty of space to rent out the rooms to what seems to be the new age of modern arty and media types.

New Orleans, not surprisingly, has its share of local lore.

(SALEM, Ore.) - In a city that attracts crowds for Mardi Gras celebrations and blues festivals, beautiful architecture and fine cuisine, New Orleans is, in some circles, even more famous for its established inhabitants.

It's a shame they're all dead.

Many bars and shops boast of their ghostly inhabitants. Even La Petite Theatre du Vieux Carre is known for strange happenings and the eerie ghost Caroline. Reports say that Caroline was an actress at the theatre in the 1920s.

Vietnamese Government Confirms UFO Explosion (VIDEO)

UFO debris rains down over Phu Quoc Island coastline.

(KIEN GIANG, Vietnam) - An unidentified flying object exploded at about 10:00 AM on May 27th over the northern part of Phu Quoc Island, the Vietnam News Agency reported.

This is a region off the coast of the southern province of Kien Giang. Col. Nguyen Van Qui, military chief of the island district, reported the explosion and consequent discovery of debris.
