Gym Owner Arrested in Clackamas Sex Abuse Case

Real Fitness is on Jannsen Road in Clackamas, the proprietor and suspect in this case is 38-year old Bryce Darrel Jackson, who lives on SE Laurel in Milwaukie.
(CLACKAMAS, Ore.) -
Sheriff's deputies arrested a Milwaukie man on Sex Abuse charges Monday afternoon at his gym in Clackamas.
Det. Jim Strovink with the Clackamas Sheriff's Office, says it began when an 18-year-old female called her mother crying hysterically after allegedly being sexually assaulted in the gym by its operator, according to that afternoon.

Coos Bay Child Pornography Fugitive Sentenced to Prison

John Calvin Hudson III is sentenced to three years in prison.

Attorney General John Kroger today announced that a former fugitive was sentenced to three years in prison after pleading guilty to child pornography charges.
“Child pornography victimizes children and the people who engage in it need to be punished,” said Attorney General Kroger.

According to a report by MSNBC and based on alleged sworn declarations by two Blackwater employees in federal court, the firm used child prostitutes at its compound in Baghdad's fortified Green Zone.

A federal appeals court has ruled a woman who says she was gang-raped by co-workers of the war contractor KBR can pursue her case in open court.
The three-judge panel rejected KBR’s attempt to have the case handled in private arbitration instead of a courtroom.

Police in Portland say a woman was attacked after getting off a Tri-Met bus at the intersection of Southwest Capital Highway and Southwest Sunset Boulevard Wednesday, October 7, at approximately 12:30 a.m.
Detective Mary Wheat with Portland Police, says the male suspect followed the woman off the bus and he continued following her across the street where he attacked the woman and sexually assaulted her.

Four Adults Arrested for Raping and Sexually Abusing Children

Police say teen girls were given pot and alcohol, tied up, raped, and even engaged in sex with a dog and groups of men located through Craigslist ads; one victim was only four.
(NEWBERG, Ore.) -
Police arrested several adults in what appears to be a bizarre and tragic series of sex crimes involving teenage girls and one four-year old child.
Police say the situation came to their attention over the weekend. A 15-year old girl told officers she had engaged in sex with 44-year old Darrin Vaughn Daily after he gave her marijuana and alcohol.

McMinnville Police Chief Ron Noble was a Corvallis Police Lieutenant when Brooke Wilberger disappeared in May 2004. Her remains were recovered in recent days after a confession from her killer, Joel Courtney. He avoided a death sentence by revealing the location of her remains.

State Labor Commissioner Brad Avakian has issued a final order in the sexual harassment case against From the Wilderness, Inc. (FTWI) and Michael Ruppert of Ashland.
In addition to awarding lost wages, Comm. Avakian ordered $125,000 in mental and emotional suffering damages paid to Lindsay Gerken for the workplace harassment and retaliation she suffered during her less than three months of employment at FTWI. The damage award reflects the egregious conduct of Ruppert as well as the reinvigoration of civil rights enforcement by Commissioner Avakian.

Marion County Sheriff's deputies arrested a man on multiple Sex abuse and assault charges Tuesday night after arriving at a residence where an alleged sexual assault was taking place.
Lt. Sheila Lorance with the Marion County Sheriff's Office says deputies responded at 9:30 p.m. to a residence in the 6300 block of Macleay Road Street over a possible Trespass or Disturbance.
