(NEW YORK, N.Y.) - FOX network hosts Geraldo Rivera and Bill O'Reilly An extraordinary shouting match broke out between FOX network hosts Geraldo Rivera and Bill O'Reilly this week. It began after O'Reilly singled out a fatal drunk driving incident in Virginia and attributed the problem to the offender's immigration status.

They were talking about Alfredo Ramos, a man charged with manslaughter and suspected of being drunk when his car crashed into another in Virginia Beach one week ago. Two teenaged girls were killed. Ramos, a Mexican who has been in the United States seven years, allegedly entered the country illegally.

Some of the soldier's most requested items include twinkies, peanut M&M's and beef jerky.

(SALEM, Ore.) - Lovebox volunteers at work in Salem, Oregon The holidays may be over but a group of volunteers in Salem is making sure that the gifts keep on coming to our military service men and women in Afghanistan and Iraq.

They gather monthly in the capitol city to take part in a project called Love Boxes.

For the price of the postage, they fill and mail all kinds of items to soldiers that are easy to buy in the states, but very hard to find in a war zone.

The helcopters fly fast and low is because a fast moving target is difficult to hit when it is close to the ground.

(KABUL, Afghanistan) - helicopter ch-47 The thunderous blades of U.S. Army helicopters mean many things to soldiers at war.

Sometimes the sound means an infantryman is approaching battle, while other times the deafening roar is the sound of rescue and evacuation.

These helicopters making an approach in an Afghanistan mountain valley carry combat troops that are on the move. This CH-47 Chinook was also my ride back to the Afghanistan capitol, Kabul.

A brother-sister pair from Salem find themselves stationed together far from home.

(KABUL, Afghanistan) - Heather Lousiana They may have had their battles while growing up in Oregon, but brother and sister Jay and Heather Louisiana never thought they would end up in a war zone together, in the same unit, at the same base - in Afghanistan.

They live at a mountain base where soldiers are a tight knit combat group. They say having a family support network on the base helps during the hard times.
