(CLERMONT, Fla.) - Mordechai Vanunu and Ron Paul One week before the Iowa caucus as Ron Paul’s poll numbers are surging, the Media’s scrutiny is focused on the contents of an “investment newsletter” that Paul produced and profited from back in the ’80s and ’90s.

Entitled the “Ron Paul Investment Newsletter” or the “Ron Paul Survival Newsletter” it also contained a series of racially biased attacks.

Attorney General Kamala D. Harris Announces Half Billion Dollar Nationwide Settlement over Price-Fixing Scheme

California consumers and government entities will receive a significant portion of the more than $500 million settlement...

(SAN FRANCISCO) - California flag A $553 million settlement has been reached with manufacturers that engaged in price fixing of flat screen LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) panels found in monitors, laptops and televisions.

In October 2010, Attorney General Harris filed a lawsuit against ten companies for engaging in price fixing of LCD panels from 1999 to 2006 that resulted in higher prices for California residents and businesses, as well as government agencies.

(WASHINGTON D.C.) - Journalists connected to the Rwanda resistance are facin increasing danger from government retribution.  According to the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ) 18 independent Rwandan journalists live in exile.

Additionally, four journalists have been murdered with their cases having gone unsolved let alone investigated.

Salem Police Investigating Motel Room Murder

The manner of death is being withheld pending an autopsy, which is scheduled for 9:00 AM tomorrow.

(SALEM) - Oregon Murder suspect 22-year old Hugh Crow II Salem Police responded to a report of a disturbance at a motel on Hawthorne Avenue NE last night around 8:00 p.m.

Salem Police Lt. Steve Birr, says the initial report came from an uninvolved person who was not present, so there was some initial confusion as to the location. However within twenty minutes it was confirmed that this had occurred at the Holiday Lodge, 1400 Hawthorne NE."
