Eyo Nyong Murder Unsolved After 12 Years

Crime Stoppers of Oregon is offering rewards of up to $2,500 cash for information leading to arrests in any unsolved homicide case - and tipsters can remain anonymous.

(PORTLAND, Ore.) - Eyo Nyong murdered Eyo Nyong often frequented the bar where he was murdered, known as J.D. Sports Bar at the time. After shooting Nyong, the suspects ran away, down North Vancouver Avenue.

That was 12 years ago. Mr. Nyong was the father of five small children. This murder is not to be dismissed. It is high time someone shared the truth so that justice may be served and this case may be put to rest.

3-Vehicle Crash on OR Hwy 97

(DESCHUTES COUNTY, Ore.) - Redmond crash A 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe turned northbound onto Highway 97 from Gift Road and pulled into the path of a southbound 2014 Infiniti Q50.

After the Infiniti collided into the Hyundai it crossed into the northbound lanes and struck a 1990 International dump truck.

High toxin levels found in Klamath County lake

(KLAMATH COUNTY, Ore.) - Odell Lake The Oregon Health Authority issued a health advisory today for Odell Lake, located 75 miles southeast of Eugene off Oregon Route 58 in the northwest corner of Klamath County.

Water monitoring has confirmed the presence of blue-green algae and the toxins they produce in Odell Lake. These toxin concentrations can be harmful to humans and animals.

Two-Vehicle Crash Claims the Life of a Salem Man on Highway 20

Even in the best of conditions, driving can be risky.

(LINN COUNTY, Ore.) - fatal crash investigation A Salem man was killed yesterday when the motorcycle he was operating crashed into the side of a Kenworth log truck.

Oregon State Police Troopers and emergency personnel responded to the report at about 10:30 a.m. of a two-vehicle crash on Highway 20 near milepost 34.5 (east of Sweet Home).

Long time Lincoln City Businessman Found Dead

The city of Lincoln City and all of Oregon mourn the passing of a good man.

(LINCOLN CITY, Ore.) - Gary Ellingson Lincoln City Police received a call about 8:30 Monday night requesting assistance at the entrance to The Villages property at the end of NW Voyage Avenue in Lincoln City.

The caller disconnected before 911 Dispatchers were able to obtain any further information. The deceased person has been identified as 66-year old Gary G. Ellingson, of Lincoln City.
