Victim Alondra Hernandez-Hernandez is 15-years-old, about 5’2” tall, and she weighs 145 pounds. She has dark hair and dark eyes.

Detectives in Washington County say a man with multiple identities, wanted on sexual assault charges, may have one of his victims with him.
Detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying the whereabouts of Ismal Recinos-Velasquez.
